In the year of 2012, Zhangjiagang Haiyi Tool Bags Co., Ltd was established. It is a professional producer of all kinds of tool bags. It is the manufacturing base of SEAARK in China.
We set up a new factory in Cambodia in 2019, Kunyu Tool Bags (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. It can avoid 25% additional tariff to US market.
Our R& D center keeps developing more than 50 new designs every year. Active Storage is our registered brand. We have many patents for new designs that we can share with our customers.
We do the BSCI, SEDEX and FCCA, SCS audits every year. We have more than 12 years experience in producing tool bags.Based on the two domestic and Cambodian factories, we can provide our customers with customization service on all of our products.

1. Can i have barcode sticker on the product?
Yes. You can send us your label barcode and we will print and put it on the bag or outside of carton.
2.Can you help to arrange shipment? Can you quote me the shipping fee?
Sure. We can help you to arrange Shipment by sea or by air or by express. Please let us know delivery address and we will quote you the shipping fee.
3.What is your minimum order quantity? How to do if I can't reach your minimum order quantity?
What's your delivery time and payment terms?
MOQ is 500pcs per item. For some small or simple items, the MOQ is up to 1200-2000pcs. If you can't reach MOQ for each item, the quantity can be discussed if you order several items at a time.
Customize design order production lead time is 60-80days. Payment term: 30% deposit + 70% T/T after delivery against copy of bill of ladings.
4. Can you help me make my own design? How about the sample fee and sample time?
Sure. We have a professional sampling department to make samples according to customized designs.
You can tell me your idea or provide us the design.We will make physical samples for you.
As to the sample time is about 7-10 days. The sample fee is charged according to the material and size of the product.
5. How about your quality guarantee?
Quality is the 1st priority. We always pay the most attention to quality control from raw material to ready-to-ship.
We will warranty your bags for 6-12 months and replace bag for bag on the next production run if there are any manufacturing quality defects.

ZHANGJIAGANG SEAARK TOOLS INDUSTRIAL Co., Ltd was founded in 2004 and has been operating for 16 years till now. We are specialized in exporting all kinds of tool bags. We believe in " Quality is everything, Service enhances value. " We have many customers co-operating for more than 15 years and we keep sincerely supporting each other and developing together during the long time.
By the year of 2012, we established ZHANGJIAGANG HAIYI Tool Bags Co., Ltd. We started to produce tool bags ourselves. HAIYI now is the manufacturing base of SEAARK. Main market is centered in Europe & USA.
Our business was not affected heavily by the difficult exporting situation since last year. Last year (2019), HAIYI produced all kinds of tool bags, total amount was almost 3 million U. S. Dollars.
In order to avoid 25% additional tariff to US market and to lower the labor cost, we set up a new factory in Cambodia last November. The factory is hopefully to be doubled in production capacity comparing with Haiyi.
We have our own manufacturing factory, our own research and development center and own brand Active Storage. We can provide our customers with customization service on all of our products. We hope our customers can get satisfied service and products from us and we are glad to provide you with high-qualified products and the most sincere service.
In November, 2019, we founded Kunyu Tool Bags ( Cambodia ) Co., Ltd, located next to the Special Economic Zone in Phnom Penh, Combodia. It has more than 5000 m2 manufacturing area. Kunyu has 6 professional production lines, including 380 staff and 280 sets of machines. Each production line can produce around 15, 000 PCS of large, complicated tool bags, or 30, 000 PCS of simpler bags per month.
We have collaborated with many companies in North America due to the benefits in tariff and enough labor. We produced tool pouches for MAGNO GRIP and HYPER TOUGH, and larger tool bags, such as popular bags and bags with tubular handles, for HERCULES, VOYAGER and OLYMPIA. We do the CDC and SEDEX tests every year.
Although Kunyu is a young company in Combodia, we have more than 10 years experience in producing tool bags. Our manufacturing got a lot of support from our headquarter Seaark and another branch Haiyi in China. Seaark has a research and development center that can help design and make samples to satisfy customers′ requirements. Haiyi helps order raw materials from China and exports to Cambodia to produce products.
